By signing below, I authorize StoneRiver Vineyards to charge my credit card for wine club shipments, applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and any related delivery or return fees associated with my membership.
 

I understand that my wine club membership will continue until canceled. I may cancel my membership after receiving four club shipments by providing written notice by email or mail prior to the next scheduled billing date.
 

I certify that I am 21 years of age or older. I understand that all wine shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery, and that packages cannot be left unattended or at the door.
 

I understand that StoneRiver Vineyards is not responsible for missed deliveries, refused shipments, incorrect shipping information, or failure to provide updated address information before shipment. Any return shipping, reshipping, redirect, or carrier fees caused by an inaccurate address, missed delivery, or refused shipment are my responsibility.
 

Wine can only be shipped where legally permitted.
